From article to publication Order

How Offer Requests work

Start from an article in your Project. Creating the request and accepting a Publisher Proposal are separate steps.

Prepare your article

Create a Project and add an article in My Content. Select Request Offers beside an eligible article. My Offer Requests also takes you to My Content to get started.

Set your requirements

Choose the language, minimum Ahrefs DR and minimum organic traffic. Add optional filters, notes and your maximum budget. Review estimated reach and any Connects before submitting.

Compare the responses

Matching Publishers can submit Proposals. Follow the offers from My Offer Requests, then compare the websites, prices and messages. Ask questions before deciding.

Accept, pay and publish

Accept your chosen Proposal to create a binding Order and invoice. Pay the Publisher before publication, then follow the Order through delivery and review.

Before you accept: confirm the website, placement price, article, promoted links and any agreed publication conditions. Acceptance closes the request and competing pending Proposals.

The form updates an estimate of matching websites. Narrower criteria may reduce your potential reach.

Create a Marketer account without a signup charge. Then prepare your Project and article.

Connects or Premium

On the Free Plan, creating or restarting a request uses Connects based on its price. Active Premium exempts your account from those charges. Receiving responses does not itself use extra Marketer Connects.

Publisher placement

Pay the accepted Publisher’s placement price before publication. Premium does not include those placements. Article writing and other separately priced services remain separate.

Offer Requests FAQ

What is an Offer Request?

An Offer Request asks eligible Publishers to propose a price for publishing a specific article. You set website requirements and a maximum budget, compare the responses and choose whether to accept a Proposal.

Do I need an article before requesting offers?

Yes. An Offer Request is tied to an article in a Project. Prepare your article in My Content, then use Request Offers. The Create New Offer Request button in My Offer Requests takes you to My Content to choose an article.

Which website requirements can I set?

The current form requires language, minimum Ahrefs DR and minimum monthly organic traffic. Optional filters include country, Moz DA, referring domains, domain traffic by country, website category or niche, and Spam Score. The form displays an estimate of matching websites.

Can a Publisher offer a price above my budget?

No. Publishers must submit a price within your maximum budget. They can offer a lower price. The form accepts maximum budgets starting at €10; this is a minimum request budget, not a promise of placement availability.

What does creating an Offer Request cost?

Creating your Marketer account is free. On the Free Plan, creating or restarting an Offer Request uses Connects based on the request price. Receiving Publisher responses does not itself use additional Marketer Connects. Review the Connects shown before submitting. Publisher placement prices are separate.

Does Premium include Publisher placements?

No. Active Premium exempts your Marketer account from Connects charges for creating or restarting Offer Requests. Publisher placement prices remain payable. Content writing and other separately priced services are not automatically included.

What happens when I accept a Proposal?

Accept Proposal creates a binding publication Order and an invoice automatically in the Publisher’s name. Payment is required before publication. The Offer Request closes, and competing pending Proposals close automatically. Review the website, price and agreed terms before accepting.

What if I receive no suitable proposals?

You do not have to accept a Proposal. You can cancel before a binding Order is created, or the request expires after 30 days without acceptance. Under the current workflow, cancellation or expiry closes pending Proposals and restores the request and pending response Connects. Non-response alone does not restore Connects while the request remains open.

Can I edit or restart my request?

You can update the requirements, budget and notes while a request is active. These edits do not change existing Publisher Proposals without the respective Publisher’s agreement. Restarting a cancelled or expired request starts a new 30-day window and uses Connects again on the Free Plan; active Premium accounts are exempt.
