Posticy vs Adsy: Costs, Publisher Selection, and Campaign Workflow

Posticy vs Adsy comparison of costs, publishers, and workflow

Posticy and Adsy both help marketers find publishers for guest posts and other content placements. Choosing between them involves more than a catalogue size or a headline price: compare relevant publications, complete costs, editorial requirements, and the workflow your team needs.

Disclosure: This comparison is published by Posticy. Public information and signed-in listing details were checked on 12 October 2026. Prices and features can change. No placements were purchased as part of this comparison.

Posticy and Adsy: the main differences to consider

Posticy offers publisher proposals and Offer Requests, alongside Free and Premium platform plans. Publisher placement prices are separate from platform usage. Adsy documents publisher filtering, task tracking, custom site lists, and CSV/XLSX task reports for agencies. Both provide guest post and link insertion options, subject to the available publication and its requirements.

Three examples with lower listed placement prices on Posticy

We selected three exact domains appearing in both signed-in marketplaces. The table compares Posticy’s displayed publishing price with Adsy’s standard Article Posting placement price, and lists Adsy’s writing option separately. These are selected examples showing a lower Posticy listing price, not a representative sample or evidence that every publication costs less on Posticy.

PublisherPosticy placementAdsy standard placementAdsy writing and placement
elevatedmagazines.com$29$42$57
2amagazine.com€50 (approximately $56.03)$107.31$118.68
usawire.com$50$59$69

Prices were observed on 12 October 2026. The approximate dollar conversion for €50 uses the ECB’s 9 October reference rate of $1.1206 per euro. It is an illustrative conversion, not a payment quote. Prices exclude writing on Posticy, Connects or subscription allocation, taxes, and payment or currency conversion charges. Final checkout totals were not tested.

Placement conditions affect the comparison

Adsy’s inspected standard dofollow options specify at least 500 words and up to three links. The Posticy USA Wire description requests 500+ words and two dofollow links. The inspected Posticy summaries for Elevated Magazines and 2A Magazine accept supplied content but do not display equivalent word-count or link limits. Confirm these with the publisher before treating offers as interchangeable.

Adsy also displays separate PRO options with different scope. In the inspected details, Elevated Magazines PRO placement was $37.50 and 2A Magazine PRO placement was $99.75, each specifying at least 1,000 words and up to two links. Those prices differ from the standard options in the table. Catalogue cards and detailed standard prices also differed for these two domains; review the selected product before ordering.

The Posticy USA Wire page displayed an estimated publication time of 150 days. That estimate needs clarification before planning a time-sensitive campaign. The lower displayed price alone does not establish a better overall offer. Matching the domain also does not prove that the supplier, article conditions, or service is identical.

Understand platform costs as well as placement prices

Posticy’s Free Plan includes three Connects per monthly cycle. Eligible proposal actions consume Connects according to their value; review the required amount and current rules before confirming. Additional Connects cost €5 each. Premium is listed at €199 per month and covers selected actions without Connects consumption, subject to fair usage. Publisher placements remain separate. See current Posticy plan details.

Adsy’s public marketplace preview separates content placement from writing and placement, and its buyer workflow uses an account balance. Check the chosen product, writing scope, and payment conditions. Neither a free account nor a low placement price establishes the full campaign cost. See Adsy’s buyer information.

Choose publishers for the campaign you actually have

Adsy advertises more than 150,000 websites and documents filters for factors such as country, language, category, and publisher metrics. That is Adsy’s stated inventory, not a count independently verified for this article. The available results depend on the selected view and filters.

On either platform, read recent articles and assess audience fit, editorial quality, accepted destinations, and relevant geography. DA and DR can support research, but they are third-party metrics and do not guarantee suitable readers or ranking results. A relevant shortlist is more useful than a large catalogue that does not match your brief.

Compare campaign organisation and approvals

On Posticy, a brief should identify the reader, topic, destination, format, budget, and timing. Offer Requests provide another way to describe requirements and receive responses from eligible publishers. Adsy documents custom lists and downloadable task reports, which may be useful when organising several client campaigns. See Adsy’s agency workflow.

For either platform, establish who supplies the article, who approves it, which revisions are included, and when delivery is expected. If you need a draft prepared, explore Posticy Services for article copywriting. Agree on writing and placement scope separately unless the offer explicitly combines them.

Read support and remedy conditions before ordering

Adsy’s FAQ describes task stages and publisher performance signals. For dissatisfaction with completed work, it states that purchases are final and non-refundable and directs buyers to request improvements. That scenario should not be treated as a complete description of cancellation, funding, or other protection conditions. Read the Adsy FAQ and applicable terms.

For Posticy, review the current Terms and Conditions and the publisher’s agreed placement conditions. Monitoring, publication commitments, and remedies are different matters. Do not assume that one automatically provides the others.

Which platform should you choose?

Consider Posticy when its relevant publisher offers, proposals, Offer Requests, and plan structure fit your campaign. Consider Adsy when its filtering, publisher performance information, custom lists, and task exports suit your selection and reporting needs. The examples above demonstrate why comparing individual offers is useful; they do not establish a universal winner.

Frequently asked questions

Can both platforms support link insertions?

Yes. Posticy offers link insertions, and Adsy has a dedicated link insertion service. Availability, article suitability, and conditions depend on the publication.

Is Posticy always cheaper than Adsy?

No such conclusion follows from this sample. We selected three lower-priced Posticy listings, while other offers can favour Adsy. Compare equivalent formats and include writing, platform usage, payment charges, and relevant taxes before deciding.

Will purchasing a placement guarantee better rankings?

No ranking outcome should be assumed. Google recommends qualifying paid links with rel=”sponsored”; rel=”nofollow” is also acceptable. See Google’s paid-link guidance.

Sources and methodology

This comparison combines official public product information with a convenience sample of matching domains inspected in signed-in accounts on 12 October 2026. The three price examples were selected because their displayed placement prices were lower on Posticy. We did not test checkout totals, negotiate offers, purchase placements, or measure delivery and SEO outcomes. Prices are asking prices, and publisher conditions still require confirmation.
