Posticy vs Collaborator: Costs, Publisher Selection, and Workflow

Posticy vs Collaborator comparison of costs, publishers, and workflow

Posticy and Collaborator help marketers find publications for content placements. The best choice depends on the publishers matching your campaign, complete costs, editorial requirements, and the way your team manages approvals.

Disclosure: This comparison is published by Posticy. Public information and signed-in catalogue listings were checked on 12 October 2026. Prices and features can change. No orders were purchased for this comparison.

Posticy and Collaborator at a glance

Posticy supports direct publisher proposals and Offer Requests, with Free and Premium platform plans. Collaborator promotes website article placements and Telegram advertising, and describes publisher communication, filtering, traffic information, and agency accounts. Its catalogue size is a platform claim, not independently audited evidence of suitable publishers for your campaign. See Collaborator’s product overview.

Three examples with lower Posticy placement prices

Listed article placement prices checked on 12 October 2026, in euros. Writing, platform usage, taxes, payment charges, and optional protection are separate unless included in the offer. Publisher scope and final totals should be confirmed before ordering. These examples demonstrate available price differences, not a marketplace-wide price guarantee.

Compare platform costs correctly

Posticy’s Free Plan includes three Connects per monthly cycle. Eligible proposal actions consume Connects according to their value. Additional Connects cost €5 each. Premium is listed at €199 per month and covers selected actions without Connects consumption, subject to fair usage; publisher fees remain separate. Review Posticy pricing.

Collaborator’s FAQ states a 10% commission on deposits and 15% on withdrawals. Those are different events: do not add a publisher withdrawal fee to an advertiser’s order as if both are buyer charges. Confirm the funding calculation and any payment-system charges for your account. See the Collaborator FAQ and payment policy.

Publisher selection and campaign workflow

Collaborator describes an Ahrefs integration and traffic information connected to Google Analytics or Search Console for some listings. This does not mean every listing supplies every data source. In the inspected account, we could search by domain and open publisher cards with requirements and placement information. These are selection tools, not guarantees of audience quality or rankings.

On Posticy, discuss the topic, audience, destination, format, budget, and deadline through a proposal or an Offer Request. On either platform, read recent articles and establish who writes the draft, who approves it, and which revisions are included. If you need a draft prepared, explore Posticy Services for article copywriting and agree on writing costs separately.

For agencies, compare permissions, client organisation, funding, and reporting against the workflow you actually need. Collaborator has a dedicated agency account page. We have not tested its team permissions in this comparison.

Monitoring and protection are different

Posticy checks monitored backlinks once per week after official publisher URL delivery. A URL shared only in chat does not activate monitoring. Checking a backlink does not guarantee that it stays online or establish a compensation entitlement.

Collaborator’s FAQ describes free three-month protection against link deletion and optional extended protection on eligible sites. The extended option is listed at 10% of placement and included writing costs for 12 months, subject to conditions and claim procedures. It is not a ranking guarantee. Review the current guarantee conditions and Posticy terms before ordering.

Which platform should you choose?

Consider Posticy if its relevant publishers, proposal workflow, Offer Requests, and plan structure suit your campaign. Consider Collaborator if its available publications, traffic information, Telegram option, or documented protection arrangements match your requirements. The three examples above show where Posticy offers lower base placement prices. Confirm the complete scope and total cost for the publishers on your shortlist.

Frequently asked questions

Is Posticy cheaper than Collaborator?

Posticy has lower listed placement prices for the three publications compared above. Prices vary by publisher and offer; include writing and platform charges when comparing final costs.

Is writing included in the placement price?

Confirm the individual supplier’s scope. Placement and writing can be separate, and an additional amount in a listing should not be interpreted without checking its label and conditions.

Will a paid article guarantee better rankings?

No. Google recommends qualifying paid links with rel=”sponsored”; rel=”nofollow” is also acceptable. Read Google’s paid-link guidance.
