We’re seeking for a versatile individual who is capable of juggling multiple aspects of business growth and client management. The person needs to be exceptionally well-organized, proactive, and have a solid understanding of both acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Acquisition and Business Development:
    • Identify and target potential clients through various channels.
    • Develop and implement strategies for outreach, networking, and partnership building.
    • Lead initial client meetings, pitches, and presentations.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts.
    • Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services within existing accounts.
    • Work to resolve any issues clients face, ensuring a high level of client retention and satisfaction.
  3. Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and refine the agency’s sales strategies and processes.
    • Train and mentor team members on effective sales techniques and client management.
    • Set sales goals, track performance, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets.
  4. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Monitor and report on sales results, market conditions, and client feedback to inform business strategies.
    • Use CRM tools to manage client data, track interactions, and analyze client engagement and sales conversion metrics.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and account management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects.
  • Strategic thinking with the capability to drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.

Language Skills

  • Fluency in English: Must possess excellent command of the English language, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and spoken forms.
  • Native German Speaker: Preferably a native speaker of German, demonstrating fluency and cultural competency, which is essential for engaging with German-speaking clients and markets.
