Publisher Outreach and Verification Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Publisher Outreach and Verification Manager to join our team at Posticy. This role focuses on building relationships with website owners (Publishers), helping them join our platform, and ensuring their profiles and websites meet our verification standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for relationship management, technical aptitude for platform operations, and a keen understanding of payment systems like Stripe.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Publisher Outreach and Engagement:
- Proactively identify and contact website owners to introduce them to the Posticy platform.
- Educate Publishers about the platform’s benefits and address initial questions or concerns.
2. Onboarding and Support:
- Guide Publishers through the process of registering and adding their websites to Posticy.
- Provide one-on-one assistance to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
3. Website Verification:
- Oversee the verification process of Publisher websites to ensure compliance with Posticy’s quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any verification issues or concerns.
4. Stripe Profile Assistance:
- Support Publishers in verifying their profiles with Stripe for secure and efficient payment processing.
- Act as the liaison between Publishers and Stripe to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
5. Relationship Management:
- Maintain ongoing communication with Publishers to build trust and encourage long-term partnerships.
- Provide exceptional support to address queries and foster satisfaction with the Posticy platform.
6. Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance the onboarding and verification process.
- Work closely with the product and operations teams to implement new features or streamline existing workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in customer support, account management, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with payment platforms (e.g., Stripe) and basic understanding of website verification processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English: Must possess excellent command of the English language, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and spoken forms.
