1. Introduction
Welcome to Posticy.com, a platform designed to connect Marketers and Publishers for advertorial, guest posting, and sponsored content services. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (“User”), whether as an individual or on behalf of an entity, and Posticy GmbH (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and all additional policies incorporated herein, including the User Guidelines, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

The platform provides services for Marketers seeking publication of articles on external websites and Publishers offering website access for sponsored content. By continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, acknowledge that they may be updated periodically without prior notice, and accept your assigned rights and responsibilities as a Marketer or Publisher.
2. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions, along with supplemental agreements such as the User Guidelines and Privacy Policy, govern your access to and use of Posticy. They apply to all users, regardless of role or location. Posticy may amend, update, or modify these Terms at its sole discretion, with such changes effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly, as continued use signifies acceptance of any updates.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding its conflict of law principles, with disputes resolved in the courts of Brandenburg unless EU consumer protection laws dictate otherwise. Additional policies, such as service-level agreements and payment terms, are incorporated by reference and considered part of these Terms.
Using the platform does not create any joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship between you and Posticy. The English version of these Terms prevails in case of discrepancies with translated versions.
3. User Roles and Responsibilities
This section outlines the roles and responsibilities of Marketers and Publishers on the Posticy platform. Each role comes with specific rights, obligations, and compliance requirements.
3.1 Marketers’ Obligations
Marketers are responsible for initiating, managing, and reviewing orders for article publication. The following rules apply to Marketers:
1. Order Initiation:
- An order is initiated when the Marketer submits an article publication proposal on the Publisher’s website listed on the platform.
- Proposals must include all necessary details, including content, anchor text, and target URL.
2. Order Rejection:
- Orders may be automatically rejected under these conditions:
- Remaining in the “Requested” status for over 7 days without action.
- Remaining in the “Accepted” status for over 7 days without a deposit payment.
- Remaining in the “In Progress” status for over 14 days without completion or approval.
3. Order Completion:
- Orders are automatically marked as completed five calendar days after the Publisher submits the Published Article URL, unless the Marketer requests revisions within the review period.
4. Revision Requests:
- Marketers may request revisions during the review period. Requests must:
- Be specific and detailed.
- Not alter the originally submitted content, anchor text, or target URL.
5. Commission:
- Marketers agree to pay a 15% commission for using the Posticy platform. This commission is deducted from each transaction.
6. Alteration Policy:
- After publication and payment, Marketers may request alterations directly from the Publisher. Posticy will not mediate such requests.
7. Confidentiality:
- All correspondence between Marketers and Publishers is stored securely by Posticy.
- These records may be used in dispute resolution but must not be disclosed to third parties.
8. Prohibited Activities:
- Marketers are prohibited from creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or exploit the platform.
9. Account Type Switching:
- Marketers may switch to a Publisher account via the platform settings.
3.2 Publishers’ Obligations
Publishers are responsible for reviewing proposals, completing accepted orders, and maintaining compliance with platform requirements. The following rules apply to Publishers:
1. Order Initiation:
- Orders begin when a Publisher accepts a Marketer’s publication proposal.
- Proposals must be reviewed and accepted within 7 days to avoid automatic rejection.
2. Order Rejection:
- Publishers may reject orders for the following reasons:
- The proposal does not meet website or content standards.
- The Marketer fails to make the required deposit payment within 7 days.
- Delays or disputes arise during the order process.
3. Order Completion:
- Publishers must publish the provided content and submit the Published Article URL within 14 days of accepting the order. Delays may result in disputes or cancellations.
4. Revision Requests:
- If a Marketer requests revisions, Publishers must:
- Address the requested changes while adhering to the original content, anchor text, and target URL.
- Complete revisions within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Commission:
- Publishers agree to a 15% platform commission, which is deducted from each transaction.
6. Content Maintenance:
- Published articles must remain accessible on the Publisher’s website for at least one year from the publication date.
- Publishers may not delete, mask, or modify link text or hinder crawler indexing during this period.
7. Dispute Resolution:
- Publishers must cooperate with Posticy’s mediation process in the event of disputes with Marketers.
8. Account Suspension:
- Publishers violating these Terms may face account suspension or deletion.
- Outstanding payments for completed orders will be handled by Posticy.
9. Prohibited Activities:
- Publishers are prohibited from creating multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent activity to manipulate the platform.
10. Account Type Switching:
- Publishers may switch to a Marketer account via the platform settings.
4. Website Requirements
This section outlines the standards and expectations for websites listed on the Posticy platform. Publishers must ensure that their websites meet the specified quality, compliance, and usability criteria.
4.1 Quality Standards
Websites listed on the Posticy platform must adhere to the following standards:
1. Indexing and Content:
- A minimum of 30 pages indexed by Google.
- Unique, readable, and regularly updated content.
2. Domain Age and Authority:
- The domain must be at least three months old.
- A Moz.com Domain Authority score of 15 or higher is required.
3. Hosting:
- Free web hosting services are not permitted.
- Websites must have reliable hosting to ensure consistent uptime and performance.
4.2 Legal and Ethical Compliance
Websites must comply with all applicable laws, including:
- Copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Regulations within the United States, European Union, or other applicable jurisdictions.
- Adherence to public moral and ethical standards.
4.3 Prohibited Categories
Websites falling under the following categories are strictly prohibited on the platform:
- Adult Content: Pornography, escort services, and other explicit material.
- Gambling and Betting: Including sports betting, lotteries, and similar activities.
- Counterfeit Goods: Sale of fake or unauthorized products.
- Hacking and Fraud: Websites offering cheat codes, unlicensed software, or fraudulent schemes.
- Medical Misrepresentation: Unlicensed pharmaceutical products or medical advice.
- Illegal Activities: Forex trading scams, financial pyramids, and other unlawful services.
- Others: Websites promoting occult practices, weapons, alcohol, tobacco, and other restricted goods.
4.4 Moderation and User-Friendly Standards
1. Moderator Review:
- All websites are reviewed by Posticy Moderators for quality and compliance.
- Websites may be rejected if they fail to meet these requirements or if their quality deteriorates over time.
2. User Experience:
- Websites must be visually appealing and easy to navigate.
- Pages must load efficiently and not feature excessive advertising or intrusive pop-ups.
4.5 Enforcement and Changes
1. Suspension and Rejection:
Websites that fail to maintain compliance or quality standards may be rejected or suspended from the platform.
2. Moderation Appeals:
Publishers may request a re-evaluation of rejected websites by contacting Posticy Administration.
5. Marketplace Transactions
This section details the processes, policies, and obligations related to transactions conducted on the Posticy platform, ensuring transparency and accountability for both Marketers and Publishers.
5.1 Payment Methods
Posticy supports the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- PayPal
- Stripe
- Other approved payment gateways listed on the platform.
All payments must be processed through the platform to ensure order validity and secure transaction handling.
5.2 Transaction Lifecycle
The typical lifecycle of a transaction includes:
- Proposal Submission: Marketers submit article publication proposals to Publishers.
- Order Acceptance: Publishers review and accept proposals, moving the order into the “Accepted” status.
- Payment: Marketers are required to pay a deposit upon order acceptance. Orders remain pending until payment is confirmed.
- Content Delivery: Publishers publish the article and submit the Published Article URL to the Marketer for review.
- Order Review: Marketers have a five-calendar-day review period to accept or request revisions.
- Completion: Orders are marked as completed once the review period expires or the Marketer accepts the publication.
5.3 Commission
A platform commission of 15% is applied to all transactions and deducted automatically upon order completion. This fee supports Posticy’s operational and moderation services.
5.4 Refunds and Disputes
1. Refunds:
- All sales are final. Refunds are not issued unless the Publisher fails to complete the order or violates platform guidelines.
- Disputes regarding payments or content quality must follow the dispute resolution process.
2. Disputes:
- Disputes are mediated using stored communications and evidence submitted by both parties.
- Posticy reserves the right to make the final determination on disputes.
5.5 Revision Requests
Marketers may request revisions during the review period. Requests must be:
- Specific and actionable.
- Limited to the original content, anchor text, and target URL.
- Publishers are obligated to address valid revision requests promptly.
5.6 Confidentiality
- All transaction details, including order specifics and correspondence, are confidential.
- Users are prohibited from sharing sensitive transaction information outside the platform.
5.7 Fraud and Abuse Prevention
1. Multi-Accounting Prohibition:
- Users are prohibited from creating multiple accounts to manipulate transactions or bypass platform rules.
- Posticy may merge or deactivate duplicate accounts.
2. Fraudulent Activities:
- Fraudulent orders or payments will result in immediate account suspension or termination.
- Posticy reserves the right to reject orders at any stage if fraud or abuse is detected.
6. Dispute Resolution
Posticy provides a structured process for resolving disputes between Marketers and Publishers. Disputes must be submitted through the platform’s dedicated resolution tool, with both parties providing relevant evidence such as communication records, screenshots, and proof of payment. Posticy acts as a neutral mediator, reviewing all available data and issuing a final decision within seven business days.
Disputes may arise from issues like non-compliance with content requirements, failure to meet deadlines, or payment-related disagreements. Posticy’s decision is binding, and users waive the right to escalate disputes externally until internal mediation is completed. However, EU users may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform for additional recourse if necessary. All dispute-related communications are confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties.
7. Prohibited Activities
To maintain platform integrity, certain actions are strictly prohibited. Users may not engage in fraudulent activities, such as submitting false payment details or creating multiple accounts to bypass platform rules. Unauthorized use of the platform, including data scraping, hacking, or circumventing security measures, is also forbidden.
Users must not post or submit content that violates laws, infringes intellectual property rights, or contains hate speech, discrimination, or other offensive material. Attempts to manipulate the platform’s operations, such as inflating transaction metrics or engaging in unauthorized transactions outside the platform, are prohibited.
Violations may result in account suspension or termination, order cancellations, and potential legal action. Users can report suspected violations through the platform’s support system for investigation and enforcement.
8. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
Posticy retains ownership of all platform content, including software, designs, text, and trademarks. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform solely for its intended purpose. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of platform assets is prohibited.
Users retain ownership of the content they submit for publication. By uploading content, users grant Posticy a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store and display it for platform operations. Any violation of intellectual property laws, such as uploading unauthorized or copyrighted materials, may result in account suspension or legal action. Posticy adheres to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and provides a mechanism for reporting copyright infringement.
Confidentiality is a core principle of the platform. All communications, transactions, and order details are confidential and must not be shared externally. Users involved in disputes are also required to maintain confidentiality. Violations of intellectual property or confidentiality rules may lead to account suspension, legal action, or both.
9. Privacy Policy
Posticy is committed to protecting user data and ensuring compliance with applicable privacy laws. The platform collects and processes user data, such as registration details, transaction records, and website metadata, to provide its services. 10. Termination and Account Suspension

Account suspension may be temporary during an investigation or permanent in cases of severe violations. Users will be notified of the suspension, including the reason and duration, via email.
In cases of termination, accounts are permanently removed, and access to platform features is revoked. Outstanding payments for completed orders will be disbursed in accordance with platform policies. Users may appeal suspensions or terminations by submitting a request through the support system, with appeals reviewed within 10 business days. However, Posticy’s final decision is binding. Users found engaging in repeated violations or fraudulent activity may face legal action.
11. Miscellaneous Provisions
These Terms, along with the User Guidelines and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between Posticy and its users. Any previous agreements or understandings are superseded. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.
Posticy will not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or regulatory actions. Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without prior consent from Posticy. All disputes are governed by German law and resolved in the courts of Brandenburg unless otherwise required by EU consumer protection laws.
Users agree to receive electronic communications from Posticy, including notifications, agreements, and updates. The use of electronic signatures and records is accepted as legally binding.
