In our continuous effort to enhance your experience on Posticy, we have introduced a new feature: “Dashboard Access.” This feature is designed to make your role transition seamless, allowing you to switch between being a “Publisher” and a “Marketer” with ease.
What is Dashboard Access?
Dashboard Access is a new section on the Edit Profile page, aimed at improving your navigation and orientation on the platform. It reflects our commitment to providing a user-friendly interface that caters to your diverse needs.
How to Use Dashboard Access
- Locate the Feature: You will find the Dashboard Access section directly underneath the “Billing Address” section on the Edit Profile page.
- View Your Current Role: The section displays your current role, either as a Publisher or a Marketer.
- Switch Roles Seamlessly: A simple mechanism allows you to switch between roles. Select the role you want to switch to, and a confirmation prompt will appear.
- Confirmation Prompt: To ensure that the switch is intentional, you’ll see a prompt in a modal window: “Switching your role will redirect you to the respective dashboard. Do you want to continue?” Select Confirm to proceed or Cancel to stay in your current role.
- Real-time Action: Role switching happens in real-time without the need for a page reload or to click “Save Changes.”
